- Thursday, July 24@ 4-5 p.m. Discover the fascinating world of color science.
- Thursday, August 28 @ 4-5 p.m. Dying with plants. Explore flowers, fruits and vegetables.
- Thursday, September 25 @ 4 p.m. Learn about animal tracks and do a fun animal track activity.
- Thursday, January 22 @ 4 p.m. Ice Matter! Explore states of matter using ice. Test melting, create “frost crystals,” and more.
- Thursday, February 26 @ 4 p.m. Learn how birds survive the cold and how we can help with crafts and games.
- Thursday, March 26 @ 4 p.m. After a short lesson on why evergreens stay green, they explore branches with magnifiers, compare needles vs. scales, and smell different conifer sprigs. They create a simple evergreen sachet or “winter forest sensory bag” to take home.
