Open to adults 18 and older. Crystal Robbins from Open Heart Yoga & Wellness will lead one-hour chair yoga classes at the library. The sessions are free to the public and no mat is required.

  • Saturday, October 4, 11 & 25 @ 12-1 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 1 @ 12-1 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 6, 13 & 20 @ 12-1 p.m.
